What year J30 LSD

What year did the LSD’s come in the J30? I have access to a 93 I think does that have an LSD? How can I tell?

all j30s have lsd

92-94 J30s had 5 bolt output shaft pattern (same as 300zx nonturbo) --- you'd have to use 300zx or J30 axles.

95-96 J30s had 6 bolt (3 sets of 2 holes) like the 240s.

So can i use this Diff he can give me the the whole rear end if i wanted it

If the axles come with it, then you shouldn't have a problem. I'm actually running a 93 J30 with 93 axles with no problem at all.

there is a lil orange sticker on it that says viscos lsd....thas how i made shere thoes bastards at the junkyard weren't ripping me off....took em long enough to get it out.....
