I made 198 on 13psi @ 4350, after that the boost died off because my MBC is gay. That's 2krpm shy of the end of my powerband. Should be making 215-220@5800-6200rpm

you know power droping off or leveling off is normal , every car is different it is ok , but to say it should of still been climbing well time can only tell , till next time congradulations.

Well stock the car peaks it's power @ 5200rpm. So, I think it's a very fair assumption that it will make power upuntil that point, being the car is almost fully stock, aside from IC, and Exhaust.
Since the boost fell at that point, it only makes sense about the power dying in the same spot
