Yeah, I had fun standing around listening to everyone make fun of cars that pulled up to the meet for not being "cool" enough. Guess I'm just blind to all the Nissan love Rinku talks about.

i know you didn't hear any of this from me or the SS employees because we were busy strapping cars down for the dyno or teaching people about SR's.

Not only that, but the last car of the day was mikes 118whp sohc, and we gave it just as much love as the rest!

ohh btw.... i remember someone mentioning the idea of name tag stickers... it would have been very helpful to have them yesterday i got confused with some of the people lol but anyways nice turnout..

 

No, I wasn't able to attend the dyno because of a mid-day class. I'm not sure who the people were but after hearing them rag on four cars I just left early.

Maybe next month! Couldn't bring my digital camera to get pics either I'll make sure I do next month.

Yeah Jonas, I think that would be a good idea, even after attending the meets for about 5 months I only know about three people by name.

 

At which part of the meet were people making fun of others' cars? Johann and I got to both the dyno and the tampa meet late, so we would've missed that, the only cars I heard made fun of were the stock civic hatch that rolled through revving, carey got a bit from the sr guys for her tag but that's probably what she wanted, and one comment about saggleman's front plate and lack of other jdm accessories. If people were making fun of any of the cars there, I need to bring my pos dsm out, the insults could focus on a more deserving target.

Ha, well, it's no big deal. People are people, can't change that. I think at the next meet though I'm going to buy a pack of those "Hello, my name is" stickers and pass em out. Now if that isn't dorky I don't know what is! Plus, no offense Rinku, but your camera SUCKS So, I'll have to take some pictures next time for you! <3 heh
