Check this out, i went to gandy to hang out with a buddy of mine at Sonic and this guy Nate had some funky probs with his sr. He came from St. Pete with lil prob, arriving at sonic he ran his car alittle longer to get fresh cool oil to turbo, shut it off. Then he started it back up about 15 min later to back up. Backed up no prob then when he wanted to leave it didnt want to start normal. I asked him about any problems in the past he said not really but that the CAS was alittle funky but not a prob like yesterday and tonight. I asumed it would be the Temp sensor at first like my SOHC had. Didnt want to start when too hott. I also noticed that he had a little dinky electric fan he said Taylor was sopposed to do dual but never had a cance of something like that, he thought everything would be ok. But i didnt notice as much flow as my regular fan does. I thought that this might contribute to the prob. I duno i waited till motor cooled allittle and it started on the 3rd try. Would the CAS have anything to do with this or would it be the TEMP sensor like my SOHC????? Id like to help this guy out he seems pretty cool

ya, not 10 mins after u left it died, hasnt ran since, its my fuel pump it turns out.

so all th checks cmae out that we talked about over the phone? i put in your new fuel pump. i dont see why it would be bad.....

although ive heard bad things about walbros unexpectadely going bad...

ya, i had the voltage meter set wrong, i was readin 12 volts, the pump must be bad, everything was connected.
