i agree since i have had my car with the SR, i only run 10w 30. so does glenn and a lot of others that i know, it is also what i reccomend others to use.

Holy schnikies. Can nobody read what this man was asking? He wants to know whether to go to synthetic oil or not. IMO If you are running a turbo on your car I would go with synthetic. "Synthetic resists breakdown much better than natural oil because of the way its manufactured" (Maximum Boost).

go with synthetic. most people think that turbo plus synthetic is bad. maybe with older technology, but today it is actually better for heat reasons and what not. so i hope that answers your question, id go with synthetic. if anyone else wants to back me up, go for it.

Reason for me to go with 20w50 is because of S14 sr's VVT. Good and safe to have higher oil pressure in my case as a result
