hrmm I havnt messed with anything else but the clutch and mattback was the last to do the work on my car (SOHC to DOHC swap) I have to rev the car up to like 1500 rpms for like 10 seconds for it to stay started and then it idles at like 500 rpms and sometime it would stall out but now its doing it like almost all the time

oh and I used to be sidewayz240 but I guess it was confusing so I got my name changed

i dunno... the name post was trying to eliminate names that 1 of the 1/2's was

Sideways.. Drifting.. Dori... Sliding... blah blah

and the other was...

240... S13.. 180.. sil80

cant ya think of a sweetname like... I dunno... Slidernator? or WhatsForewards? or somethings like that..

But then again I'm not a mod but this is my personal opinion..

BACK TO TECH

can you rev it sitting at a light and keep it alive? If its sitting still and you release the brakes do you start to coast forewards?

You need to do some more scientific testing so we can narrow it down.. If you can rev it at the light to keep it alive. and the car dosent coast forewards if you release the brakes while doing this. Chances is it isnt the clutch...

yea I can rev it and keep it alive and it doesnt move... I dunno could the fly wheel be part of a problem? I didnt mess with anything on it but the bolts that go into it for the clutch
