Default Mounting J30 diff in 240sx

I've got a J30 VLSD with the S13 cover on it, ready to go. What do I do about the mounting bolts near the nose of the diff? I can't use the rubber bushings that are on there. What is the best way to delete the bushing and solidly mount this thing?

it works fine with the rubber bushing, you just need longer bolts. Its easy.

my problem is that the rubber looks kind of shot. I think I'm going to cut the spacers to the right length and "window weld" it back onto the housing with a big washer to top it off. I'll tell you how it comes out, and I'll definetly take pics if it turns out good.
