Alright you good folks, We have worked out the details on a BBQ for the NISSAN MEET ON SEPTEMBER 6 at XAT RACING.

Here are all the details.

BBQ:

BBQ starts at 2pm at XAT shop located on Dale Mabry. Go to XATRACING.COM to see there website. Mapquest for directions.

Please refrain from calling the shop as these guys are busy. If you have questions, shoot me an email or talk on the boards here. If you have a valid question, please feel free to call them such as swaps and such. I just don't want people to call there for everything and they cannot do their work. Anything regarding the meet can be talked over on the forums or via email and pm or my cell (857-6563) directly. No need to call XAT and inturrupt their busy schedule.

This time we are trying something new. Noone is required to bring any food or drink. Instead, there is $3.00 entrance fee for every head to come so we can make the money back for BBQ which is courtesy of XAT RACING's very own, CASEY and ADAM.

Last time as some of you may recall, we ran out of hot dogs but have plenty of other food items. We are having one person order everything and make money back by charging an entrance fee per head.

I need to see how many people will be able to make this BBQ so sufficient food and drinks can be bought. I need a count on this (no maybe's) in this case.

After the BBQ, we will roll out for a little drive all the way to the meet below. Should be a good little drive.


MEET:

We will be meeting in Carrollwood on 09/06/03 @ the corner of Bearss and Dale Mabry. We meet up starting at 6:30PM.

Please bear in mind that no donuts or similar behavior is acceptable in the parking lot where we meet. If you desire to do that, please feel free to get on Dale Mabry and rip your desires, but please don't put everyone is jeopardy of getting kicked out of the lot like Ronnie Setzer show did few months back....

This meet is meant to be a see/show/learn/talk/meet the peeps and the cars, put faces to the usernames kinda deal....no testing of your suspension or your car's potential etc. etc. You are free to do whatever you please on the highway (DALE MABRY) at your own risk.

Destiny would do this
BBQ = 5 (Rinku+ Black240sx (2) + 2)
MEET = 5 (Same as above)......

you guys get the idea.....you just add your # to previous total. YOu don't have to put what i put in the parenthesis, i just did that for you to see what i was trying to do.....
