Default SS brake lines/TC Rods and Sways/LSD install........**pics**

Big thanks goes out to Jesse and Jerry (J - Dogs). We instaleld T/C rods and SS Brake lines on my car (first 9 pics)

and front and back sways together with LSD on Jesse's car (10-16)

Took us all day to do this. We started with my car on jack stands as lifts werent available. We put SS lines and T/C Rods. Than bleeded the brake system. Yes, i also bought speed bleeders to ease bleeding process.

Brake pedal feel is enhanced and turning and cornering abilities are more planted due to t/c rods. I may have to dial the suspension back a few clicks to softer side to compensate but i will do that once i start driving on my daily roads in the upcoming week.

Than we finally got a lift for Jesse's car. Guy at the counter screwed up and gave our lift to people behind us and than someone behind them. ah well...

We took front sway off, and put the new front sway on. Went to the back and took the rear sway (THICKNESS OF A MATCH STICK)......and than proceeded to take open diff. off and finally got that out. THE LSD we had came with the driveshaft already bolted to the LSD and there was the second piece as well. We couldn't get the LSD and driveshaft bolts off as they were in peculiar position and the tools won't access them. So, we went to plan b and took off the back driveshaft from the car*.

Than we changed oil in the diff. To our surprise it was new oil in there. But we ended up changing it anyway with VALVOLINE GEAR OIL. After that, we started to proceed by putting the LSD on the lift and went to business. After quite bit of a struggle to get that put in as one unit with the driveshaft already attached, we finally came on top.

Time was running fast. Shop was closing. We had to hurry things up. Put the rear sway on. Put hte exhaust back on and VIOLA..........DONE...

*We had to take back half of the exhaust off to get access there to the driveshaft and diff.

Comments/questions?

Towards the end of the install we were running late as shop was about to close. So i couldn't take pics of everything. We rushed to finish up everything....

Thanks to the J-DOGS........

I liek the way they feel right now....A little enhancement over the rubber brake lines....but i haven't driven the car much, so i am sure when i start going to lakeland for school, i will feel the real deal.....

i am happy with the result for now...my front end is a little more solid.....i noticed a little problem with my teins......(its a new thread)
