Default Ok, best starting setup??

T-minus 9 days until I can order my clip, so I was wondering if any nistechs can help out on a good "starting linup" for my SR. I was planning:
VSPL
550 injectors
4 Puck sprung clutch w/stock flywheel (resurfaced/lightened)
Boost controller (dont know yet)
ECU tune
Already have fuel pump covered.
End product that i'm looking for is between 350-400 HP (Down the line)

Any comments or suggestions? I need to learn here....

Make sure you get the sr running at stock first before putting goodies on......I am sure you are already aware of it, but just wanted to reinforce the message....

ok..get her running STOCK first. i cant stress that enough. it is so much harder to trouble shoot the world of modifications as well as the install.

install the motor with:

SPEC stg3 clutch and lightweight flywheel (NOT ALUMINUM!!)
fuel pump
FMIC (blitz, greddy, HKS..pick your favorite)
Downpipe
Exhaust
BOV
Boost controller

Once you get it all running and the problems worked out, you can come see me and i can burn you an ECU program for the following:

550cc's
Z-32 MAFS
no speed cut

ecu parts are $275 and to do a generic program is $100, custom tuned program is $250 extra (dyno tuned for your car)

do the simple stuffs, don't forget an enjuku hot pipe complete with a flange for a type-s or type-r blowoff valve!! i can't stress this enough that t25's need a bov or recirc, because their thrust bearings give out too quickly otherwise!!!!1

furthermore, the Greddy Type-R BOV is WAY to stiff for little T-25, it killed mine in no time flat!!

i will have to agree with scott and matt. just getting the car in a good running condition is the most important thing. it is better to wait a little to be faster, than putting lots of performance adders on that could alternatly harm the engine due to being untuned, things not hooked up right, or any of various little small things that make the SR out of whack.

i was planning on a HKS super sequential bov, ive read that those will do fine with a stock SR + whatever else i do to it.
I'll wait for the FMIC, b/c and 555's and save the $$ to be sure that the stock setup is running fine. Needless to say, clutch and flywheel are going in, unless it comes with some good shit like ive heard it sometimes does. (just gonna lighten and resurface stock flywheel)

I like the way it sounds on my car.....i am sure its overkill for me with T-28. But i love the sound...Maybe when i go t3/t04 it be even better....

TYPE S is like a whistle.......sorry..that's how i feel about those..
