You might wanna do some research and know you Silvias a little better 
my car is full K's... the one you posted its a K's "aeros" it was kinda a more special edition K's so to say kinda like 350z compared to Nismo 350z.
The one you posted though although being a true Aeros its kinda ruined IMO because the only factory "aeros" aero still on it is the front bumper, the side skirts are either knockoff oem silvia k's (non-aeros) or oem sil k's. I actually have origional aeros K's side skirts.. and that one has an aftermarket rear bumper on it.

Yea I think itll look good and compliment the side skirts nicely
anyways i havent done anything major to it lately but here is some pictures of the little things I have done
the nissan horn emblem was all busted when I got the car so I took care of that
took out the old speedo that was busted and threw in a new speedo that also has MPH on the inside so its still uber JDM but I dont have to do math haha
removed the giant boost guage
put a neato little din box in and relocated my safc to the glove box
its oem nissan too
now finally the thing I am most happy about is finally getting in my K's emblem for the one side that was missing

yea unfortunately its hard to tell past the dents and dings the car has right now 
but I'm trying to also wait till I get out of Orlando before I start paint/body work because I know the second the car is done some douche will open the car door and slam it into my car, run into it when I'm stopped at a stop light or something.
oh and as for the razo stickers ya they r gay as shit just havent started taking em off yet
