thanks man. Here is some more pics of todays work. I tried to get as much done as i could but kept needing to go get tools like allen keys for the timing stuff and dremel cut wheels ect.

Good looking mill. It is difficult to get the right KA valve cover to take a polish like that. They're always so mottled.

thanks man. yea I know, It took a long time to get all the pitting out. the upper timing cover polished up really fast.

That is just the front timing cover you are seeing that is blue.

your water pump pulley is on backwards...

oh, and pull that filter off your VC breather... run it into your intake, crankcase pressure is a good thing....

I know, I was all out of energy to polish it up. hand sanding and polishing the stuff is exhausting. I started to do another timing cover I had but I was like fuck this lol. Yea, I screwed up my air intake pipe and I need to order another so that is a temp thing. blakczenki, I know the pulley is on backwards i just mounted it on their, I leave it unbolted so I can slide the belt on from the ps pump without having to mess with all those brackets and bolts.

you gotta do something with the accessories, the rest is pretty but they are all fugly. even some black paint will improve them.
