I think Iam having a problem with my vpc or I have a bad chip in it, I unplugged it and sent it to buschur for testing. I was wondering If someone running a vpc could plug theres up to my car so I can tell if the problem is my car or my vpc. I wont have word back from buschur till weds.

Oh I have a 99GSX with 414 cams and does not like to idle and shuts off when I plug in my GCC.

What do you mean it shuts off when you plug it in? It runs with no VPC or Airmeter?

 

Its running on the vpc and can be driven as long as the rpms doesnt get to low or else it shuts off. The Gcc when plugged into the vpc causes the engine to completely stall. I either need to get it running right with the vpc or I have to get an airmeter

 

Do you have the right chip in the VPC? What injectors are you running? Make sure you check for vaccuum leaks.

 

Hey "94tsiawd" I just found out that the vpc had a bad chip in it and now it has a good one for 550's that Buschur racing installed.
Also I was told by Erick at Buschur that the 660 chip wont work in the 2nd gen dsm's. So now Iam in the market for a DSM link, SO I guess I have a ****VPC***** FOR SALE********

 

how much you want for it? How old are the sensors? So you are sellign it with the 550 chip?

I would consider trading you my dsmlink with the 95 ecu for your vpc. I will be running a decent sized turbo so i am not sure if i can run the 550 chip with it. I know thats all they have for the 2g but i believe you can run 660s on a 550 i see 1g guys do it all the time or at least hear of them doing it

I will be selling the VPC with the 550 chip and I really don know what to sell it for. Its brand new even Jerry "Lancerman" can vouch for that being that he's the who installed it.
