Question guys, I have .40 over wiseco hd's and oem mitsu's only come in 1 size I had someone measure a fel-pro and it was 3.460 over my 3.386 =.074 clearance which is plenty just making sure an mitsu oem is gunna close to the same before i order it, and yeah pics would be pretty cool cjackson if its not to much trouble.

ok Cool, You happen to know about the gasket? Are you still running an MLS with your setup? or are you running a Composite now?

You go with the copper because your still going with the MLS? Ive seen ss and copper being used with the mitsu MLS it seems like both work just the copper is more forgiving .. Will u be on L19/A1's too? Will definitely be a solid setup.

Copper has a better seal because it crushes as you torque the head down where as SS doesnt. and yes I'm using L19's. Motor is definetly going to be solid. If I have any lifting problems I'll probably go to H11's...but I doubt it.

I dont recommend copper rings when using MLS gasket.
copper is too soft and just flattens out. . it doesnt really offer any additional seal. after one use the thickness will measure .003-.008 with original .011 height. the idea is to get o-ring to make a groove into the gasket. the only place copper will work well is when using a copper gasket.
