lots of peeps compared to test and tune nights, i think i pushed the most i could out of my mods for this set up. 12.5 is not bad for 1300 in mods and a flash tune. next step is the fp black and other toys. hehe

 

I almost missed this, definitely a nice run. Is it still tough to launch with the SST? Seemed like you use to need a tranny cooler to help keep it from overheating.

 

Learning to launch it has been challenging, but I'm getting a handle on it. Before i couldn't get better than 2.0 60 ft times, now I'm knocking on the door of 1.7 60 ft time. I love the consistency of it. I've ran it more than 30 times at the track now and I've had no tranny overheating problems and I have no tranny cooling mods done. We'll see what happens once I get the new turbo.

 

^ what turbo are you using? Was this on pump gas?

 

Stock turbo. Only mods: AMS intake, dp, test pipe and exhaust. On 93 octane. I'm going back out there to tune it on race gas and see if we can get into the 11's.

 

sorry I got confused with your sig picture and what you were driving at the track with . lol good run imagine if you upgraded the stock turbo lol
