Default 1g GST runs good with MAF unplugged, dumps massive fuel plugged in

I have tried 3 different MAF and 2 different ecu's, they all do the same thing. I don't think I could have 3 bad maf's but IDK. Looking for insight. ECU wiring was swapped to 91-94 spec.

Stock blue tops, swapped the FPR already. I have swapped The ECT and have checked the power and ground for the MAF. Checked the FMIC and piping for leaks, the intake tube isn't ripped or torn, O2 is good, Good compression 150psi across the board(fresh pistons/rings, 0 miles on her). When the MAF is plugged in the car runs so rich, it fouls the #1 plug, runs on 3 cylinders, and sprays raw gas out the exhaust. This car is driving me nuts, it has been nothing but trouble since I bought it. I'm about to just dump it cheap and concentrate on my DA and s13...

also the cam sensor on 1g's control the spark and injectors. but those usually dont go bad. check the wiring to it. also, make sure your base timing is set to 5 degrees advanced.

The car runs good with the MAF disconnected. It only runs fucked up with the MAF connected. I thought I made that very clear in my previous posts. I was looking for insight from a dsm pro but, I guess I'm SOL. I just need this thing to run right so I can sell it. I bought it blown up, rebuilt it and now I have found the electrical gremlins DSM's are known for. Thanks anyways.

this sounds like ecu trouble. There is a power cable on the battery that can cause this problem if that cable is left unconnected. It happened to me when i swapped out a battery. car ran very rich like ecu was failing. fried three ecu in row before I found that cable was not connected. luckily the ecus are easily fixed. just look on the back of board to see if there is burned trace. if that is not the issue car would need to be here to be diagnosed further. this type of problem is not easily fixed on paper. dont expect much from people on these forums. it just makes you look bad.

^thanks, I'll check that. The ecu dosent smell burnt but, at this point anything that I haven't tried I'll check. In the honda and nissan sections there are knowlegable people. Sometimes I am one of them. Thanks.
