I have a friend with a 220HP NA hatch that runs 13.0 consistently. It's cool for what it is, but it's no way near a giant killer. I would say that on the right setup a 230whp hatch will beat an Evo X, but not by a whole lot. And more than likely couldn't do it on the street.
