Hate to admit I know this, but, the GTS has 210 HP instead of 205 of the GT. Hey, at least I know it because it is about horsepower...
There are other gay differences, but I dont remember them.
I also dont know anything about lowering them.

GT: 3.0ltr 24 valve V6 = 200hp
GTS: 3.0ltr 24valve variable induction V6 = 210hp.
As for the lowering, they come with 17inch wheels stock and i have know idea about that.
