im getting a talon and have a few questions

ok so im getting this talon hopefully tomorrow ... how can i tell if it has a 6 bolt swap? also i test drove the car and the turbo takes a while to spool maybe like 2500 rpm? i need some advice

Close but no, 1g 7-bolt engine still has a cam angle sensor. The biggest tell tale sign would be the oil pan. VFAQ is a really good resource for DSM noobs. The link below will explain what you need to look at.

Also, 2.5k spool is normal....If its a stock t25,14b,16g.
