Well I was driving down the main road in my town, saw some weird looking taillights. Missed my turn to go home, then I find out its an NSX. He follows me onto another main road. We both just go balls to the wall, he gets the jump....and doesnt pull away! I was so confused, I thought they were like really fast. We go again, same thing happens...he gets the jump while I wait for boost to build lol. He gets a half a car length jump and stays that way, way past 100. We both pull over at a gas station. Come to find out...its fully built. Kenne belle supercharged. He said its around 450hp to the wheels. He wants to see under my hood...expecting a massive turbo. He looks down and his eyes got big. He was so confused that I had such a small turbo on my car lol. We talk for like an hour just rambling on. Then its time to go home. We both messed around again...same outcome. Come to find out he lives right down the road from me lol. Well after me and the nsx run a few more times, this c6 vette comes out of the turn lane to chase us down. The nsx turns to go home, I figured id run the vette. From a roll, we stayed even...both spinning through 3rd lol! Well anyway we slow down to around 55mph. We both go....and I literally pulled 3 car lengths as soon as I hit full boost, and continued to pull away from him. When I started to pull bus lengths, he lets off, and turns around and goes the other way. Don't think he expected my beat up piece of shit to have any chance...well neither did I. I only have a big16g tuned at 25 psi with all supporting mods. I figured I'm around 350 to the wheels...why am I walking 400+ hp cars that both weigh around the same as my car? Keep in mind that I'm still on the oem clutch that is slipping also. Doesnt make sense, but I am damn proud of my $3k car and it was worth every penny.

its really funny, cause last night I was complaining to my girlfriend that I havn't ran against anything since I got tuned. My car is alot faster than I thought. I'm used to it, so it doesnt feel as fast as it is. I guess I need to visit a dyno soon.

 

Be happy, i have'nt run my car against anyone either since i got my new setup. I raced a crx with a b18turbo before i was tunned and ate him up bad from a dig and a roll. His car kept backfiring and by the time i hit 3rd i was so far ahead i just shut it down. Let me know next time your out and about driving.

Stock nsx is close to 300 wheel stock. his was fully built kenne bell supercharged with aem standalone etc. around 450-500whp. The guy knew how to drive. and it was a close race. Definetly gave him a run for his money lol.
