No, it cant happen. The way the motor mounts inside the engine bay is totally backwards. Someone might be able to do it but by the time you got done with it you would have spent more money on the car and swap than on a real GSX. IMHO your better off just getting a GSX to begin with.
Costs way too much to convert a 2G NT to turbo, and AWD? Forget it. They sell turbo kits for the 420A (NT engine), but it's still slow. NTs just look pretty, if you're going to get one, don't plan on getting anywhere too quick.

But I agree with the person above, either sell your NT and get a turbo model OR boost that 420A. The swap is just way too time consuming and expensive.
