Yesterday i was involved in a 6 car accident while i was at a damn stop light. Long story short a guy in a 2011 grand cherokee plowed into a new nissan coupe doing like 60mph and the domino effect occured. Unfortunately i was one of the dominos. Well my car got towed away long with the other 5 cars. Got a call today from the adjuster and he told me there was $4300 in damage and there totalling the vehicle. Since i own the car im trying to make a deal with them. Im trying to pull the engine and tranny along with all the electronics , ecu, exhaust, and maybe the evo wheels. And hopeing i can come to a agreement where i can still get a check and they can keep the shell . I hope to find a mint 2g shell so i can swap everything over. Hope everything goes my way with the guys insurance. If anybody runs into a mint 97-99 gsx shell Let me know. Thanks

I didnt feel anything at the time of crash because my jaw was dropped and in shock while i was starring at my car saying wtf who should i hit first! so fn pissed. shyt happens i guess. BUT WHY ME! LOL damn it damn it

 

damn. wish you luck in getting atleast your parts out of it. atleast then something can be salvaged.

how bad was the car actually damaged? I know it was wrote off as totaled but just curious haha.

 

just buy the car back when you get the check lol

 

rear bumper, front bumber, tailights, hatch, intercooler was bent inward along with the radiator and fans,cf hood. my j pipe was inside the rad fan . when i started the car to drive it off the road you can hear te fan wacking the jpipe. I honestly thought they werent going to total it. but i guess they somehow came up with $4300 worth of damage. fn bs i think it could of been fixed with about 2k if that

 

Rear floor pan/frame damage is no joke...thats probably what did it..
