hmmm... you mean before it blows apart due to boost pressure? It will last longer than the gasket, TB, or IC couplers.

700hp, 1000hp, no one has ever 'broken' one that way that I know of. Your not going to blow the intake welds trust me.

upgrading the manifold is for better flow...not saftey..

the reason i'm asking i picked up a smim for a really good price but i'm not sure if i should keep it and use it or sell it to help finish my motor...

stay stock... u can make 450 on a complete bone stock motor..
