Default Rough idle issues

So, ever since before my rebuild, I've had idle issues. I changed my intake with the rebuild, But kept the same throttle body and MAFS. I know my MAFS is contributing, Because with it plugged in, I run lean. With it unplugged, I run rich. But what else could it be? vacuum leak? Idle air control valve? (very strong possibility). I'm really interested in fixing this, I can even bring the car by your house to let you hear it run, If that helps. Thanks.

Update: Replaced all vacuum lines, changed maf, and fixed a tear in my intake, Idle is still shit. and i can't rev over 4k again, Now that my maf is plugged back in. I'll try to get you a picture of the IAC.

I think the MAF i picked up today is crap, Because with it, I can't rev over 4k. Without it plugged in, I can do over 4k.

But i DO need an IAC, Or a whole new throttle body. Either or, Let me know if you have any!

Replaced entire throttle body, vacuum lines, MAF, And o2 sensor. Stil runs like shit. Wont go over 4k with maf plugged in, I get better gas mileage with maf unplugged. Could it be wiring issues? I'mm also running with my IAC unplugged, With it plugged in the idle surges horrible, Worse than with it unplugged. This idle is driving me crazy.
