Default Missing, running rich and running like shyt

I just sold my 95 gst with the Big 16 G Turbo, Apex Cat Back, RRE DP-3" Cat, Filter, 19psi, Front Mount I/C, Walbro 255 HP in tank pump, 550cc Injectors, honeycombs all in, Adjusting screw left alone, Big GReddy FMIC as found on RRE's Super AFC Setting and Adjustment Tips. Sorry guys and gals about selling it, I just have too many cars. The GST has always run just fine for me. I do run the NGK bpr6es plugs which seem to foul out quickly. But the guy calls me the next day to tell me the thing is missing, running rich and like it has no power. I dont know what he did but, any ideas on what I should be looking for to fix this. I promised I will come to his house and resolve the issue. Any help will be greatly appriciated.

check the CAS plug, if its loose or has weak connection you can get the same resaults. Check for a boost leak first, that is the most likely cause.

that is what I told the guys the check for a leak in the system, it did drag pretty good up onto his trailer and I bet it dragged off his trailer at home. But this is the first turbo car this guy has had so he didnt know what I was talking about when I said to check for leaks and to make sure the apex is on. I guess I will see what is going on when I get up there, and will check all connections, any other ideas?
