Default Finally Started but issues....

So after 4 months of working on my gst its finally running. But with issues....

I installed the following.

Evo 8 maf (bolted to throttle body, I need to have IC piping made)
evo 8 injectors
evo 8 fuelpump
new timing belt (checked timing after all this and its perfect.)
Resealed the cas
Evo 3 16g ( wastegate is tied open since no ic piping)
Uego (in the o2 housing, and on P4 mode with white wire connected to pin 26 on the ecu for narrowband)
SAFC 2 (untuned, I reset it and has arrow up, and on karmen maf, tps is spot on with it)
tubular os recirculated
2.5 to 3in dp ( open dp I need to have the catback re-welded to fit)

Now it will start and idle fine everytime (6+ times). It can rev to 2k but thats it, then it idles for a sec then dies with a a/f of 15+. If I just let it idle then the a/f still creeps up to 15+ and dies. Also, If I let it idle for 10sec then try to give it gas it bogs.

The settings on the safc 2, as far as I know, is set to 30% tps before it goes to low fuel map.

Here's the biggest things,

If I installed the cas piece on the cam the wrong way (180 off), will it idle then die?

Could the safc control the idle? I do not know much about it...

Thanks for any help

Check that CAS. I did that on my 1g, and it did somewhat what you are explaining. Don't know too much about the SAFC, had one on my old eclipse. It does control idle, I believe it;s the first bar on the low fuel map. Your going to have to fuck around with it. Thats what I did.
MAKE SURE TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR AFR

I'm stupid.... After I reset the safc, I never re-setup the main settings... MAF type and cyl... It was setup for 6 cyl and hot wire maf.. That caused everything...
