Default My new GST

Ok so i just got a eclipse GST and its pumping in way too much fuel into the cylinders so i figured a senor was probably bad what sensor allows the amount of fuel to go into the cylinders? Help would be great Thanks!!

no its not that lol the car isnt running because theres too much fuel pumping into the cylinders when you start it.

Lol edmel have you ever driven a turbo car? Heavy foot doesn't make it run rich. So the car doesn't run at all? Do you know if it has been tuned at all? Are you sure it's too much fuel or could it be not enough air?

Maybe a bad O2? Can be a lot of different things.

yah like i said i just got the car and im 95% positive its getting to much fuel because the guy said he got the car started yesterday at around 12 and i changed the plugs and wires at about 5 today and the plugs were still soaked with gas.

And yah it dosent run it will start then die almost right away.

Hmm a fuel pressure regulator maybe? would be my first start for to much fuel pressure. and what are you going by that it has to much

like i said the guy i bought it off of had the car started yesterday at 12 and that was the last time it was started and i changed the plugs today about 4 hours ago and they were still soaked with gas so thats telling me its getting way too much gas.
is there a sensor to controls the amount of fuel that goes in?

One more thing is the fuel pressure regulator adjustable?
