Sometimes the car will run like ass. It feels like its struggling to go....almost like its on 3 cylinders. Its getting full boost bust the whole car just vibrates and struggles. This is only sometimes. Other times the car will run and boost perfect. I am lost here.

Check:
1) Connectors on top of injectors
2) Spark plugs (leave them out & crank to see if u are getting spark)
3) Spark plug wires may need change.

I have seemed to notice this is only a cold motor problem. After about 10 minutes of operation the symtoms go away. Any other thoughts. Maybe a sensor?

have you put a logger on it yet? what are your coolant temps when its acting up? and how long does the car take to warm up? could be a bad thermostat sensor at the thermostat housing giving a false low signal or thermostat stuck open. I have seen a thermostat come apart before not impossible for it to fail that way.

just trying to throw some out of the blue ones at you.

have you checked ecu? make sure no caps are leaking..... thats always a first on my list when I am having intermittent problems anymore.

Out of curiosity do you still have the FPR solenoid connected the one on the fire wall by the brake booster?
