Default won't idle on its own

She must of heard that i need to sell her cuz she's acting up....
car was driving fine, pulled into neighborhood, put in neutral, let off gas and she died. won't idle unless i hold the gas pedal down...
interesting part is that my boost gauge sticks on 20hg vacuum and doesn't budge regardless of what i do to the throttle.
when i turned off the car, the vac gauge slowly went back to 0.
the boost gauge is T-d off of the fuel pressure regulator. do you think that's what went out?

help me out TR

drove home.
boost gauge moves normally during driving
BOV makes as much noise as it used to (which leads me away from vac leaks??)
the o2 sensor volt meter seemed to be bouncing through numbers normally, although it's kind of hard to tell
car smelled a bit rich while stopped at a light
i'm leaning towards the FPR

anyone else have any suggestions?

idle control motor? they like to go out when the temperature changes all of a sudden ive noticed.

maybe take the biss cap off and unscrew it to see if it will hold idle.
