LOL....I have been seeing a ot of problems with ACT clutches lately. Even in my own car, when I thought I blew the clutch, it ended up that the portion of the disk that attaches to the input shaft of the trans snapped clean off the disk. I have a picture of it somewhere.

Last year i was driving down Hillsborough to my house right as i passed countryway i was shifting from 3rd to 4th and "POP"... clutch stuck to the floor, thought i busted the slave , got out looked no fluid leaks... had it towed to my friends garage... took out the trans and everything and the TOB completely imploded... the input shaft was being held back by chunks of the TOB... it sucked.
