Where is the best place to find an engine? I have a 93 eclipse and I would like to do an engine swap(upgrade to a turbo.Already check the junkyards and no luckHELP! Where should I look? I gotta have turbo if you know wha I mean......

Sell your car and buy a GST/GSX. Its not worth the money and hastle of swapping your motor!

93 is the same style engine if it is 2.0L. All you need is the turbo buttom end. I would recommend 90-92 blocks because the rods are larger in them. The oil difference between non turbo and turbo 2.0L blocks is the oil lines (besides rods and pistons). Turbo has extra oil lines. Motor mounts are the same. The head is the same. The intake manifold is the same except except the one vacuum line is in a different location. The TB is the same except the NT has a lip sytle verses a bolton elbow. Call Jerry he has alot of 6bolt bottom ends. 813 932 7440. Also you will need an ECU and other turbo accessories
