I am a longtime subaru guy so im still learning about my Evo. Well I picked up the car and it had some issues and missing parts (from previous owner) but I got through most and have it running good.

Well it was rear-ended and I just got it back from body shop and teh car feels slow as dirt. And it seems to be taking forever to build boost. I know it had a tune for meth orginanlly so I have been trying to find someone that could just load the stock tune back on it for me.

I also need someone to just look over vac lines and plumbing and let me know what they think. I dont have another friend with an evo that I could compare to so I am blindly shooting here

Any help would be appreciated!!! I get off work around 5pm and I am in clearwater. Willing to drive to anyone for this help. All I ask is that you know what you are talking about.

You need to get in touch with S&R Performance. They have a "fog machine" that helps locate vacuum leaks. Last weekend I had them check out my Evo. They found my wastegate vacuum line had been severed. Only took them a few minutes to find it. After that, my car felt a hell of alot better. They're located in Tampa, off Linebaugh.

 

^true, the smoke machine is VERY helpful. They are also pretty familiar with Evos and cool guys too
