check for vacuum leaks in the intake. ISC would be next. Did you take the water lines off the TB. To lower you idle turn the BISS clockwise. Check out faq.dsm.org and www.dsm.org. THis is tipicle on all dsms. Check it out then report back
Couldnt find any vacuum leaks the biss is all the way down checked vfaq no luck. Didnt take the water lines off the tb maybe that would help? thanks james!

How did you check for vacuum leaks? You have to pump the intake up with a air compressor to check for leaks. At least 5-7psi should be able to hold without causing bad idle. ISC motor might be bad (inside the TB). Taking the lines off the TB will make the idle worse. Did you search the talon pages on dsm.org?
back of the the throtlebody there is a cover held on by 3 phillipshead screws. Pull it off and then screw the plunger under it all the way in. You can do it on the car but it will back out agian( and its a pia on the car. Pull it off and use locktite when you put it back in. and forget about it. Its one of those crazy 90 things that few people know about.
