Default polishing question

I wanna polish a coulple of parts on my car the fuel rail throttle body and other engine parts before i put my new motor in. Is it better to do each by hand using sandpaper degreaser etc. Or would beadblasting or another method be better. let me know thanks

i just replied to the PM u sent me....

i'm doing all my polishing by hand.....its pretty easy to do.....

i used degreaser to clean the parts.....used a dremel with a sand paper bit on it....to get the heavy rust and stuff off...then i switched to a wire brush bit for the hard areas a big wire brush wont reach....and used my drill with a wire brush and went to town.....

if u don't have a dremel....walmart has a black and decker 1 for $25.....works great.....

and if u have a drill just buy a $2 wire wheel brush for u drill and ur good....

once i get my camera in....i'll take some pics of parts i''ve done so u can see

sand blasting wont help with the polishing....only thing sandblasting is good for is to clean the surface and strip it down to the metal.....
