Few Questions

1) Is there anything on an 89 Colt GT worth keeping?
2) What is a 4G15?
3) What are all the differences between a 4G63 NT and Turbo? I know pistons and cams arent the same.. and the turbo ones have SS valves. What about the rods? Cranks are the same right? How about the blocks? How does the water and oil for the turbo drain back? On dodge blocks I would have to drill a few holes for the returns if using a N/A block for a turbo application. Are the intake manifolds different? Basically would it be worth grabbing an entire NT engine to make it turbo? Thanks everyone!!!

1) 89 Colt GT has subtle body kit that is nice good brakes short ratio tranny if you want it nicer interior than the base models and GL power options.... thats all I can think of.
2) I have no idea what a 4G15 is... only guess is that the Colt E has a 1.5 in it from the factory... is that its model designation?
3)As far as I know and I dont know it all the non turbo Block crank rods head intake manifold intake valves and valve springs are the same. 7.8 pistons are easy to come by (I have some) Cams too (I have some with gears). SS valves are about 13 bucks a piece ( I have stock turbo valves too
) There is a guy in TBDSM who put a complete N/A head minus cames on his GSX. Its running great so far. hmmmm... I dont know about the throttle body. ummmm.... MAFS is different. uhhhhh.... thats it I guess.
call me for a deal on stock 4G63 turbo parts.
p.s. what are you doing?

Thanks!
1) The body kit I didnt even notice. I guess I would have to park it next to a normal one. It didnt have the little GT Turbo spoiler. It had rear drums so im guessing the fronts are the better than GL? It was an auto.. so that eliminates all the trans advantages.. or does it?
2) 4G15 was what the 89 GT had in it. I didnt see any cid numbers on the engine but I didnt look too hard. Probably was a 1.5... ?? I just looked at the firewall plate thing and saw the engine code.
3)You forgot one of my questions.. how does the oil and water drain back from the turbo?
What am I doing? Umm.. oh nothing.
Im definatly not going to buy a 4G63 NT in plans to make it turbo for a future project... so dont worry about that any!
Oh umm.. p.s... can i get your number? You know... just for fun....
p.p.s. Got any leads on a turbo colt/eclipse engine harness?

OOOHHHHHHH... You must be talking about one of those rare Non turbo Colt GTs. Ryan spoke of them to me a few weeks ago. Sounds like the same specs as Ryans Colt E to me. No spoilers drums 1.5 liter auto.... blah... the shell is good.
You will need a harness and ecu and I dont know where to get one.
Oil and Water.
Oil feeds from head drains to oil pan. I have a Turbo oil pan for you.
Water feeds from water neck exits to front water pipe runs under the exhaust manifold.
No modifications to the block for either.
Ill PM you my number call me for some fun.
