deriksmokey had posted how he had a good experiance with the brothers.That's great. He said they towed his car late night to help him out. I then responded with my same situation and experiance. I had just had a turbo installed and picked my car up at 9:30pm on the way home the waterpump went out for no reason.I called them up and told them what had happened, they said dont worry well be there tonight..hours go by no call no show no answer.Call the next day they said "sorry we got busy" at 10:30 at night im sure. So they said well be there tonight for sure, then again no call no show and now no answer at all. The orignal response was to his topic was to say good job on how they are putting customer service first since my experiance, and how i was glad that their customer service gave me enough reason to take my car elsewhere where i can depend on. The mod then modded my response to say good customer service and delete everything else. Im not trying to stir up the already full pot but whats the point of posting if the mod has all the control on whats said?

I'm not having this shop bashing crap in some one elses post.
If you have a problem with a shop them make your own post
to talk about what happened.
If it gets out of hand by a bunch of you acting like children it will get locked.

that exactly what i was thinking start your own thread and you can say what you want. oh and make sure you point them out too because back when i got fucked tom locked it because i wouldnt put them on blast. i cant wait to read sorry it happened bro.

There is been more than one post about the brother. Jerry has even had a complaint or two in his life. Yes I am good friends with them both. For more reasons than just doing work on a car. But I have never stoppedcpeople for posting thier experiences with them or anyone else. All I ask is start your own post and keep It civil.

Well you asked for a new thread so here it is dont get all worked up over words no one is trying to stir up trouble and i wasnt trying to mess up his thread. I was just giving an example of the same situation and what happened...end of story.

well for the record we have not ever or ever will ask a moderator to delete or lock a thread in our favor. It is your right to post your opinion and start your own thread whether it is positive or negative. If a post is delete or changed in any way it is more likely because its against the forum rules, and not because we asked it to be changed. We are glad you found somewhere to get your car worked on. We are sure they do great work as well. In this field of work you will always have your negative and your positive.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with them and by no means did we ask for anyone to delete anything. there have been numerous posts bashing the brothers and they never got deleted. Now if you had a bad experience with them and wanted to share it feel free too, its your right.

but please dont take a thread off topic if it has nothing to do with you. We at Mofo Motorsports strive for great customer service and honest work. if you feel the need to vent, please feel free and call me so we can discuss this like adults. But please dont bash my shop if you have never been here or had an experience with its current state. i assure you that it will be different and better than you have had anywhere else. if you dont believe me, then feel free to come by.

now with that said, by no means do I expect you to forget or not be mad about the experience you had in the past with them. but please clarify that it was at another shop at a different time and place.

^ +1 wasnt saying you guys told him to delete it, sorry you got that idea. In the end i also said that its good to hear your customer service is going in the right direction.

thank you for the compliment and glad we cleared the air. We are sorry for you past experience, we have made some mistakes in the past we are human but we have changed alot of things and our main focus is customer service. Again we are sorry for what happen in the past. But we are glad that you found a place for your car and btw it still looks good we seen it not to long ago on the streets still looks clean.
