Default megasquirt question again...

i brought this up before and it looked like majority ruled ecmlink. but now i found out that there's an adapter harness for megasquirt so it's pnp. i want to do this right but not burn a hole in my pocket. MS ends up being cheaper but is it worth it (couple hundred). i don't even have an eprom ecu so i need that and ecmlink. so what do you guys think?

no. ECMLINK v3. it's the new version. they changed the name. when you go to the site that's what it's called now. it's supposed to be alot better.

I would get the ecmlink. It's a quality product that's easy to learn how to tune with.
You don't need to built a start up map just to get it running like you have to do with a stand alone. Now if your a experienced tuner then get the stand alone. I personaly still wouldn't choose megasquirt though.
