Sounds like an oil feed problem which would starve the shaft of oil and seize the turbo.

thats the only thing that i have not checked on it... when i got the car the feed line was hooked up to the a spot where the oil pressure sending unit goes at and i have left it there since should i change it and run it from somewhere diff.

Possibly a clogged oil feed line.

i could also be a clogged oil return line. They aren't too expensive.

you are running the turbos without oil pressure.
you can only blame yourself for not using new oil feed line.
in the case of t25 that line is nothing but standard brake line available at discount for about 5$.
