Default HELP 2000 eclipse GT not starting!

okay so first the first month the car was fine.
it only has 30k on the motor.
it started with when i would try to start the car, the engine would not crank. you would hear a ticking and then nothing. i would jiggle the battery connectors, wait like 5 min and it would start up. this happened like maybe 3 times in a week. all of the sudden the car does not turn on anymore. the ticking does not happen anymore, very rarely. i changed the battery And starter, but still nothing! the lights on the dash turn on, radio too, sometimes they dim out when you try to crank the motor and it takes a little for the lights to come back on. can someone help me out please? its been 2 weeks i cant take it anymore.
