Dose Anyone Know How Hard It Is To Make A Internal Wastgated Turbo To A External Wastgated Turbo???

weld the flapper shut
well it also depends on if you have an undivided turbine housing or not. If you have a divided housing then simply weld it shut, if you have an undivided then theres gonna be more work involved i believe

Weld the internal flapper shut then get either a 02 housing flanged for a external gate or a exhaust manifold flanged for a external.
