i hear a rattle when i shut off my car, it sounds like its coming from the front of the car or the right by the belts. it did vibrate also. but i got my muffler welded back on and also the heat shield and it stopped but the rattle is still there. has this ever happen to anybody? lmk




UPDATE! replaced power steering pump. and pully. noise is gone. i hope it stays that way..
now i hear a noise when i go higher than 2500 rpms

for how long after the car is off do you hear the rattle?

 

like a second after shut off

 

ill charge my camera battery and see if i can catch it on film in the morning when i get to work.

interesting. it might have been. cause i just replaced the whole power steering pump and pully. i havnt heard it since i changed it. but theres still slight noise. i still think its gotta do something with my cat area. ill check it in the am
