Default Coil Overs

I see skunk 2 coilovers on ebay for 200 something bucks. That cant be all i need correct? I need coil overs and shocks correct? I was gonna trade my eclipse, but my car runs soo great im gonna keep it, im trying to get these white front and rear bumpers, so my car will finally be all white! Ill get an OEM cf hood, some halo projector lights, get rid of my loud ass muffler and just drop it 2-2.5 inches and keep as a perfect running daily driver.
