i have a 1999 Mitsubishi eclipse gs and the cluster and hvac lights dont work. iv checked the fuses, could it be a faulty ground wire somewhere or the dimmer switch broke or something? the turning signals,srs and all the other warning signals still work. just the cluster and hvac wont light up. help please? driving without lights suck.

 

Brake/tail light fuse? Thats usually tied into the cluster lights so you know when its out..

 

im pretty sure my brake lights work. but ill give it a try when i get my car back. thx for your input

 

damn, i miss my car. lol im getting it back tomorrow. if this try tomorrow doesnt work can anyone in st pete(thats where its at atm) take a look at my car? lmk

 

Do you have a radio with the dimmer hooked up? Just figured Id ask, when I got my first talon it didnt have a radio in it and the interior lights wouldnt work.

 

i havnt touched my car in a while. lol what do you mean a radio with the dimmer hooked up? it has a radio. i figured it was a bad ground or something. i drove my car like 5 miles and my car overheated and blew a head on thurs. lol
