I was at work and this guy starts asken me about my car (Amit). i didn't know anything about DSMs at the time. time goes by i end up runnin the car bone dry on oil, oops, and i take it to advanced. Amit called me out, started talkento me and the rest is history. that was almost 4 years ago now. i owe it all to my buddy Amit, thanks bro!

I fell in love with 2g DSM's the first time I saw a 95 Eclipse. I thought : "Man, if they would only change the bumpers, that would be a dead sexy ride." Lo and behold in 1997 DSM did. As far as I'm concerned 97+ DSM's are still the sexiest rides on the road. Lotus, Ferarri, and Porsche still take a backseat to these babies; No question. After busting knuckles over and over again on mine, I still wouldn't rather own any other car.

There was a nurse in town that had a 95 Talon in that strange light green color. There was just something about it....I wanted one!

I was in high school and wanted something better than what I had so every time there would be a 95 or 96 in Auto Trader I would cut it out and tape it to the kitchen cabinets, fridge, parents bathroom mirror lol. After about a year my step-dad gave in and took me to look at one. I took it home that day.

It helped that it was Christmas time. He traded in his old truck for my $1000 down payment as my gift.

Growing up in NY/NJ i had always been into Mustangs. My stepbrother always had crazy nasty fox bodies and i loved them. While i was always interested in racing, my parents weren't cool with buying me a fast car as my first car so they got me an E-class Benz. After awhile i had 19's on it and a crazy Alpine system but it wasn't me. For my 19th birthday, my dad bought me my black on black Mustang GT convertible and i loved it. After starting college, i met a guy named Chuck in my philosophy class. We got to talking and i learned that he worked at a shop called All Traxtion Motorsports that specialized in DSM's. After visiting there a few times i was hooked. I had to have one. Unfortunately that summer, i moved to Tampa, but i never stopped my search. Almost a year later, a day before i started UTI in Orlando, i found my dear 1998 GSX. Thus ended my quest but began my new journey...duh duh duuuuuh!!!

Laugh all you want but I've been in love with the 2g Eclipse since Fast and the Furious. I will probably get made fun of but I am going to boost it and then I want to paint it that green color from the movie. I love that car no matter how ricey it looks.
