i need help idleing problem
I have never heard of a "dealer code". I would get it scanned with a different scanner. I would definitely start checking vacuum lines. With the car running spray all the gasket surfaces of the Intake manifold down with carb and choke cleaner. If there is a decent sized leak you should hear the idle change.

The reason it's showing up as dealer code is because you probably have the obd II scanner. Anything 95 and earlier doesn't have OBD II on it and you will have to get the codes pulled at a Mitsubishi dealership.
