I need to know the minimum wiring required to start a 6 bolt 4G63. I am putting one in a cordia and I am in the process of sorting the harness and ECU. Please any help or even links to where I can find Diagrams and such would be great.

 

Cas,Fuel,starter,and power to the coil i presume.

 

by "i presume"... you mean yes or you think so. I just want to eliminate the hassles of my engine harness. I want it to run good. but it is a complete mess wiring up the ecu and harness and meshing it with the cordia body harness.

 

It will run with just that.I removed alot of the unneeded engine harness on my 1g talon drag car and it ran but that was over 2 years ago.Pm mitsubucci he might have the exact answer for you.If you arent mechanically or car electrical work inclined dont tackle such a project.I suggest you buy a haynes 1g dsm repair manual for the wiring diagrams.If you need help some of us dsm guys might come over for beer.

well you need coolant temp sensor, maf sensor and o2 sensor if you want it to kinda run right
