It really depends on your budget, but...
Je 8.8:1 (If you're going turbo, 10.5:1 or 12:1 if you're staying N/A)
JE rings or totalseal rings (depending on your final power goals.)
Eagle rods are fine as long as you're not planning on making 400+ hp.
Clevite or ACL bearings all around
ARP Main and Headstuds; Exhaust mani studs wouldn't hurt, but you can save money buy buying factory replacements for the 4g63t (They'll work just fine; I use them for my turbo mani.)
OEM or Cometic MLS headgasket
Mechanical timing tensior conversion (Not necessary, but it is nice when re-timing the motor; Plus belt tension will be more consistent throughout the RPM band)
Melling High-Volume oil pump (If going turbo)
ModernPerformance has about the best web pricing I've found on a bottom end kit for the 420a Around 1k. Howell Automotive has a great selection, but also has a reputation for poor service and very lengthy waiting times.

Well, like I said it's all in how much you want to spend.
You could plunk down almost 2k on an AEM EMS; but you'll likely be getting support only from AEM. Or you can usea an adjustable FPR with an SFMU and some kind of controller to tune it (SAFC has been used for this, but it isn't a very good way to do it). Or, you can drop around $350-400 on MegaSquirt (You'll need the 1:1 FPR here too)and have full control over fuel and spark; but, you'll have to know what you are doing. (or know someone that does
)
Edited - Because I cannot spell before 0900.

im kind of tired of seeing that crankwalk crap...My shit will be fine....anyway as far as i got on the ignition and fuel was....MSD coil, NGK plugs, about 9mm wires....As for fuel ....just a 255 Walbro, 500-600cc injectors, a smfu, or a safc...? so how much more do i actually need?
No way you are running a SAFC on that car with anything over 500cc injectors, IMO.
Its funny, SBR sells their kit with 550s and a SAFC... That is way too much over the stock size to control. After confirming that, I called SBR and asked if they included the SAFC with the full kit even though it wouldn't do much, they said yes they realized that and yes they sell it. Doesn't make sense to me haha
EDIT: Like I said in one of your many threads, my buddy got the Hahn Portfueler and its worked great
