Getting a Evo
your insurance at minimal is going to be around 500 dollars a month and thats even if they wanna insure you...
and i'm almost positive no bank is going to loan you that much money for a car unless you have a co-signer
you're looking at over 1000 bucks a month to own an evo

yeah not looking good i work for progressive..and 18 with an evo. means your gonna have to work in a back alley to make payments. i also sold cars for 4 yrs. so the 10k will get a bank to buy you, but without a cobuyer its a nice high interest bank at id say 21%. or maybe cap1 with 16% that will make your 20k car come out to about 35k in 5 years..or if you stretch it out to 6 years even worse. dont do it.. rethink the total package. get insurance quotes first. also you can go to Capital One: Credit Cards, Home & Auto Loans, Banking, Small Business Credit Card do an online loan quote. and use that as backup. once youve got both numbers then make a decision.

with just turning 18. quite possible theres no way you can get the loan unless your co-signer has amazing credit. Been there . done that. pay off anything you owe first and it should help. but having some form of a credit line open for atleast 6 months will put you in a better position to buy a car.

I went to the link and submited a credit card application which is going to take 5-6days which will be denied due to zero credit lol. But i figure if so I can build some credit quick. and 2ndgendsm that would be like a 24month loan with interest at $500 a month in payments. Its only $10grand which is 20months plus interest at 500 a month. idk..

Buy it through a private seller. It will be cheaper if you shop around. But first got to a bank and work on getting a approval first. Talk to a loan officer at the bank. Im telling you this will be the cheapest way. And even if you buy off a used lot still go to a bank that your a member of and finance through them.

You will mosy likely need a cosigner....Plus you better be ready to take it deep from any insurance company. At 18 and a male you will be paying about 450 to 600 a month to have full coverage on an evo.

marriage will lower it but not "a ton". i didnt put that link for you to get a CC i did it for you to apply for an auto loan cap-one buys deep so if they approve you, then you can possibly have half your shit taken care of.

Getting married at 18
Good luck getting an Evo with a credit score of 0 and no co-signer to help you out on that. I really can't see that working.
Your better off keeping your eclipse and saving up money, then selling the eclipse and buying a Evo through a private seller which might be cheaper and actually better for you. But insurance is going to rape you, 18 driving an Evo with full coverage is going to be ~$500+ with a semi-clean record.
But its your decision and if you want it bad enough and have the money to pay for it then I say do it.
