Default Need some help!

For some reason my brake lights/rear lights will not turn off on my eclipse. I cant think of any reason what would cause this. Even tho the car is still turned off they still stay on. I ended up just unplugging my battery so I wouldnt wake up in the morning with a dead battery. Anybody know what the cause can be and how to fix it?

Its your brake light switch mine broke too. Take it to the dealer they should do it for free and include a life time warantee. I would just unplug the switch until you get it fixed, thats what i had to do.

And it is located right about the brake pedal, You should see it no problem, Its on the pedal assembly

They did it on mine for free. Pretty sure it was a recall not quite sure though.

Dick norris mitsu in Palm Harbor. It's right off of 19. Even if it ends up not being a recall, all they really did was take out the button and add a spring assembly to it, no way it could be over 10 bucks IMO. But it IS the dealership...
