Ok, but anyways... ChrisH1984, I'm gonna try to help you out. First of all, thank you for editing your first post so we could read it.

As for the underdrive pulley, it will work fine. the crankshaft and rods are the same, the only difference is the pistons. so the pulley will fit on a non-turbo crank AND a turbo crank, so long as it's for a 2.0 motor.

Oh and you won't be beating anyone here with a sidemount intercooler and a 16g. So if you want to make friends here and gain knowledge and wisdom of DSMs and turbos, you'd be best to tone it down and humble yourself. If you need help with anything else, just let me know.

 

thank you.. maybe coming from someone who hasnt been fucking with him so hard he will actually listen.. But I wasnt really sure on that whole underdrive pulley thing because almost every1 seperates them as turbo or non turbo so its kind of weird. The 4g63 has 3 belts but only 2 on the pulley i believe and the rs has just 2 belts so i dont see why it wouldnt work if you say everything else is the same. All i know is that if you go to put it on and it doesnt slide on, it doesnt mean its wrong lol you have to beat those bitches on or do it the correct way and lock it up and just screw in the bolt which will keep pushing the pulley on every turn. That was a nightmare getting that pulley off having no prior experience we bent a 2 1/2 ton puller and a 5 ton puller no shit.. lol... we finally got the $120 rental from advance and the push rod wasnt long enough so me stuck a thin bolt alll the way thru and pushed against it and that bitch pull its way off. It was fun (timing belt replacment work)

the only gain your looking at in your list is maybe the ?header? isnt it not called a header on a 4cyl? myabe im wrong but i thought it was a exhaust manifold

 

no its a header it a 4 to 2 to 1 with downpipe and cat replacement thats all lil shit i have done i also have a strut bar and coil overs its lowered and thats about it and i was wondering if i had enough clerance for the intercooler and whet size is your throttle body stock is what 52 mm and i need a tps really bad

 

you're probably gonna have to get rid of that header and get one for a turbo setup. the throttle body is fine for you are doing. you might have enough room for a front mount intercooler, I don't know. it would sit in front of your radiator, so you might have to trim away some of the front bumper to get it to fit, and possibly cut some of the frame. I dont know anything about avengers, to be honest.

 

i believe i can get the front mount intercooler to work just fine any suggestions on where i can get a 16g turbo i believe a evo is one and i am also gonna get a
